So I've had my beardie for about a year and a half, and never once had a problem. I gave him a bath today, and noticed that his pores are raised dramatically and are just well... Weird I guess. They've never been like this. I scraped at one, and a tiny egg-like-looking-thing came out, and now an indent is left. I'm on my phone at the moment, so pictures will be posted ASAP. If anyone knows what's going on, please lemme know what I can do.

The middle picture is what came off, and on the last one you can see the indent which is left.. its like a hole.

Oh right. Is there anything I can do to help him out? I wouldn't want him to be in pain or anything.

Best to leave them fall out on their own, just regular soaks & regular maintenance. Trying to remove them would likely do more harm than good. Unless they get red or inflamed, it is a natural happening & it should not be in any pain.

Eventually will they all fall out then? And what should I do about the one that has already fallen out? Should I give him another bath? Sorry for the amount of questions.

Some will, some might not, they may be just be protruding more at this time because his system is telling him it's mating season. Hard to say, but I would not 'Do' anything, leave things happen naturally. Sounds like it is bothering you much more than it is bothering him ;) , if it bothers him at all. He will rub against something to work them out if he feels the need.
