Please help advice needed

Noticed today one of my bearded dragons had something going on with one of his front legs. He is 5 years old and is in his tank alone. We feed a good diet including super worms. Sometimes a few of the super worms get under the carpet in his tank. Could this be a bite from worm or any ideas?

I would get that looked at. Not really sure what it is. It does look like a bite or maybe he stepped on something.
