My big girl is accustomed to superworms but wont eat them.
My babies love them, but I don't want to feed them too many incase that is unheathy.
How can I get Juliet to eat it?
And how many should you feed them a day?

I don't think there's anything wrong with them. I've heard they are very fattening and should only be used as a treat rather than staple food.

Go as you would any other food, trial and error. Feed a few, if some are left over, cut down; if they are all eaten, next time add a couple.

That's how I would do it.
