I'm surprised that FedEx left it and didn't take it back. I ordered something once (I can't remember what it was) and it came UPS and it was damaged and they contacted the shipper to say they damaged it and the shipper sent me out a new one right away. I never saw the package. As soon as it was damaged UPS took it back.

Hopefully the guy you ordered puts extra padding in the next one.

He already shipped out a new one he is sending it freight this time on a pallet. I have to go pick it up at a fed ex freight center. They have not taken the item back I don't know if he has gotten any Money refunded at all. I am hoping they don't take it back it is damaged but is nailed back together I can still use it as a second enclosure it just won't look as nice as the one he will be sending out. We had to use much bigger nails to go through the old nail holes and a lot of the melamine is chipped but it is still useable. I guess I will see.
