Pellets or reptile carpet for adult beardie?

Please don’t use reptile carpet, very unsanitary. And pellets are useless. Please feed live gut-loaded healthy live food only.
Reptile carpet is expensive and hard to keep clean -reptile pellets are not sanitary either and will harbor lots of bacteria - I recommend some textured NON adhesive shelf liner from Walmart or your local home improvement store or some textured slated ceramic tile -- nothing too coarse to cause abrasions and nothing to smooth for slipping - it will nee to be cut w / a tile saw to prevent jagged edges - clean both w/ vinegar /water 50/50-
