Some are really picky eaters, you just have to keep trying different things. My 3 year old girl is very stubborn when it comes to salads. I've picked up a few tricks lately that seem to work. I sprinkle bee pollen and a white vitamin on her salad in front of her, she knows her bugs are dusted with powder so when she sees it going on her salad it gets her attention. I also put a soft bodied worm in that I know she likes such as a hornworm or a silkworm. They tend to latch on to the greens and she gets a bit when she eats the worm. Also if she doesn't eat the worm right away the worm will eat the salad and then she will eat the worm so she gets the nutrients in a round about way. I always feed them their salads in the morning and with her I started giving her an afternoon salad, when she is more awake and alert and apt to pay more attention.

They also get a good majority of their moisture from the bugs too, so having them eat a nice juicy bug, or a nice warm soak in the sink/tub will hydrate them, along with greens.

The slate effect tiles I used were £1.99 for a pack if 6 I got two packs but only ended up using one pack that will last for a yr or so. not bad for £1.99 and I got a spare pack to do a full replacement if necessary
