Hi I have had toothless science October last year he has been amazing but I'm worried about his front legs as they are dull but shiny and seem to be swollen any help would be amazing he is still moving fine a little sluggish at times. I thought it might be the start of a shed but now I'm not so sure.

Looks like he's just shedding. You can give him a soak in a lukewarm bath and brush him with a baby toothbrush to help loosen it. Never pick at it or try to pull it off, you could damage his scales.
