New Habit or What?

Ok so it looks like Magellan has a new habit. Does anyone notice how when monitors walk, their tails swish side to side? Magellan seems to be doing this when he walks now. There is nothing new in his enclosure, nothing different to his diet and no injuries. Is this normal? Aside from that he's acting completely normal, clean fecal etc etc.

He actually left me a nice poo this morning so he's fully evacuated lol I actually think I figured what it was. I think he walked through his mushy banana and got it dried onto his tail and he was trying to get it off.
