She is beautiful. So good to hear that she has arrived safe and sound. As far as her moving because of temp....she knows what she needs. If she needs heat she will go to heat. Give her some time to adjust to her new home and she will 'steal' your heart!! If she hasn't already!! :D

She is Gorgeous! Congrats!
The large red bowl is turned upside down now but when I took the picture it was turned right side up and that is where it will be when she gets older. As requested by her breeder it is a place that will be filled with coconut fiber if she goes gravid and decides to lay eggs. The breeder said having a place to lay even unfertile eggs will help prevent egg binding.
I have not heard of people using coconut fiber as a laying medium for BDs. Here is some good info on that ...

EGG LAYING & THE THINGS THAT YOU WILL NEED

Unsure why you would concern yourself with that now, placing something in the enclosure taking up space, providing more hiding spots for the feeders, when & 'if' it happens at all, it would likely to be better than a year+ down the road. That laying area, would not be anywhere near deep or large enough for it to be effectively useful in any way. They need to be able to tunnel into a medium that is deep enough & will hold the tunnel roof & walls, so they can dig the tunnel, back out, turn around, back in, lay the eggs, crawl out, turn around, crawl back in, then bury the eggs, using their head as a shovel (No wonder their heads are shaped like a spade ;) ). Needs to be 8-12" deep or it will just frustrate her with reaching the bottom, not being able to go any further &\or it continually caving in.
I also would not recommend having a continuous supply of coconut fiber in the enclosure, for 'just in case'. Coconut fiber is an unsafe substrate should it be ingested, it is indigestible, posing a high impaction risk & should not be used in the enclosure. I, for one, think very little of your breeders advice, as in my opinion, is not helpful & to the point of being possibly dangerous.
As Pat mentioned, if we provide the proper temps & UVB, giving her the needed options, she knows better than we do, what she needs at any given point & time. It is our job to provide the basic necessities, giving them the required options, they will take care of the rest by their own choices as needed.

Good Luck with your new addition.

EDIT:
Threads on Sandy laying & hatching ... She did not lay her first (Infertile) clutch until she was 7+ years old.

Ok coconut fiber is going back to the store asap. Red bowl is out. The breeder hasn't even checked in on her since I picked her up so...Thanks for that bit of advice Germ. I would be so upset if anything hurt her. I will try to get a stool sample to get to the vet next week just for safety reasons. Sheesh these breeders!
