New beardie and inclosure

I'm hoping to get some feedback. I think I have the husbandry down but I just want to make sure I'm doing everything right for my new baby beardie. Norbert is one month old. The terrarium is 40g, his basking spot is normally around 108, mid 95 and cool 80. HIs UVB is from a 24" Sunblaster T5 with a Reptisun T5. Substrate is ceramic tile. and finally he eats dusted crickets and some veggies. Thanks all

Thanks for the reply. I should have mentioned that I use a temp gun to measure the different areas. Also thanks for the link I've read it quickly but I'll make sure to follow the instructions when I get home.

Hey, my dragon is Norbert, too! :0)
Good job on your setup and temps - I really struggled with the temps and UVB placement when I moved mine into the bigger viv from Zen Habitats (*love the viv - just took some time to get the setup right).
Your Norbert is very cute! :0)
