Need info about crickets!

Hello! Was wondering if someone could give me some advice on dusting crickets, I keep them in a tank and I’m wondering how do I dust some for my beardie to eat? I obviously can’t dust all of them at once because that would kill them, but I just want to dust 10-20 at a time. Any advice would be appreciated

I put them in a tall cup-type container with a cover. Put in a pinch of the supplement, put the cover on and swirl them around. That will dust them, and bonus - will dizzy them a bit so they're a touch easier to catch.
