Is there anything else I can do to help it

It can't be reversed, it can be slowed with really good proper care, good UVB, likely calcium injections, good staple greens that are given daily...
But she for sure needs to be seen by a vet regularily..
We know you love her..

How serious is this case of MBD

She is pretty severe sorry to say, but we've seen worse for sure.. she can still be ok she just needs some help.. she needs some good nutritious foods and vet care

I'm not a vet but this gal has a sever case of MBD and really needs to be seen by a reptile vet to get needed calcium supplements/injections.
The basking bulb is fine but the coil UVB is not for a number of reasons.. 1 they are known to cause eye damage. 2. they don't give off enough UVB that is needed for proper absorbtion of calcium..
Highly recommend a strip tube UVB Reptisun T5 HO 10.0 stay away from compact UVB bulbs.

Glad you are getting a new UVB bulb. Like we said, take a look at the links under our signature. It will give you great ideas for healthy veggies and bugs to feed her. I would get her some calci worms/phoenix worms/reptiworms/nutrigrubs they are all BSFL they just go by different names. They are high in calcium as well as silk worms.
