The first viv i got i got form the pet shop clearly a bad idea

Then this is the first one i made

This is the one i just finished

Cheers thanks didnt want a heat lamp that emitted light as i just wanted the ceramic heat emitter...... Was a risk but turned out well in my oppinion just hope he likes it now haha

Eh no not yet just turned on the lights so lettin it kinda fume itself out and just checkin temps be4 i move him in lik ya no?

Eh well it was way overpriced and i didnt have time to make one so just went with it cost me €200 (ye i no more money then sense) but had t get him outta the pet shop

What did you use for the sides/bottom/top ??? On some pics it looks like it could be polystyrene, on others it has kind of a silvery look to it. Cant figure it out.

Interesting.. quite bright too... Insulation backing is the silver perhaps ?

Ye its foam board with a silver lining temps were just too low without it

I'm worried that the glare might harm their eyes. Ever been beside a shiny truck in the sun? It's blinding. Just imagine if all of your walls reflected and glowed like that.

Was kinda worried about that too when i started puttin it in and the pictures make it look as if there is glare but theres not at all i no it sounds stupid but theres not.
