It fell of the wall and fell in a little opening in the cage. We tried to grab it but he got it and took the whole thing. It's like $700 for surgery and I don't have it. Is there something I can do?

Surgery is about the only option unless it was a tiny dart then your dragon might be able to pass it. good luck
