Mouth rot?

I had Nero out while watching Youtube on my laptop, she opened her mouth up to adjust her temprature, which is pretty normal for her. When I looked at her mouth, there was some saliva in her mouth, her teeth looked very slightly yellow but nothing stuck in them.

Could you post a photo of the inside of her mouth?

I'll try and get a shot of her adjusting her temperature, she will not let me open her mouth.
