Our beardie is molting big time! Is there anything that I can to help her out? She just keeps doing these funky movements with her body.

Frequent baths help a lot. Make sure you don't pull off any skin. Let it fall off naturally.

You can also have a rough surface, like a log. They like to rub against it.
