I have a custom build enclosure. I have a T8 reptisun mounted in the middle, i have recently replaced her basking light with a Arcadia D3 Mercury vapour. She is still a baby, the basking spot is at 105 and the colder side is 85. My Question having 2 x UVB sources, is this harmfull?

It should be fine just provide enough places for her to hide if she wants keep an eye on the temps

Probably not harmful because your UVB is best covering 2/3'ds of your tank and the strip light would help with that.
