i was recently told that we need a license for bubba to live in New Jersey is this true if so where do i get one???? just curious i mena i wouldnt want the cops to come raid our house and take my baby away lol

now it does not specifically list beardies as a reptile requiring you to have a permit but it does not say it isnt either. It does have information listed as to how to get a license/permit

well i found a number so i called poor old women thought i was talking about a snake haha i left a message so hopefully he calls back but if i do get into any kind of truoble all i got to do is show them the website that you gave me like you said its not Exempted but its not listed and one that needs one either well thanks for this it did help out

I grew up in trenton and one of the petshops that buy wholesale from me is there. You do not need a permit to own a beardie but you do need a lic. to breed and sell.
