Kinda freaked out a tad. Please need opinions.

Hey so I just noticed a couple days ago when I was holding my dragon there's a weird mark on his belly. I thought it was a cut at first but then realized it doesn't look open or irritated and he doesn't act like it bothers him at all been eating normal and running around like crazy. Completely comfortable like it's not there. Here's a picture.

And oh while I have a picture up like this, does anyone have any judgment/opinion to it being a boy or girl? Still not sure.

I'm no expert but I do believe that is where it's umbilical cord was attached.
no way to tell if boy or girl from that view and the age is too young to really tell..
