Just a few questions...

Had to go to the Animal Hospital today to pick up an antibiotic. I guess when we gave a fecal sample they did the wrong test but found bacteria in it (she has had runny poops but they have gotten less loose) They gave us Tribrissen Suspension to give 0.1 ml daily fort 30 days. Does that sound right? and when we kook her over a week ago they gave us Panacur .05 to give her 1 x week for 4 weeks.

Second we have been soaking her ever day/every other because her back was changing color to shed. Tonight when i picked her up I noticed it is shedding as is her belly, but her skin smelled a little funky, is that normal?

I think thats it for questions for now unless i think of something else (which i probably will think of something else after i post this seeing as my memory is just going(i dont know where but it is LOL)

Soaking everyday is a bit much. It can lead to runny poop and a funky smell under shedding skin. I only soak about 2x a week.
As far as the meds I believe its a form of Albon which is an anti bacteria. I would give the med in the morning and a pro biotic (like bene-bac or soy yougurt) in the afternoon. This will put good bacteria back in your dragons gut. Continue the pro biotic for 2 weeks after the meds.

Thank you so much for replying. We were only soaking her 3 x a week then they told us to do more because she was shedding. Do you give the soy yogurt in a bowl or with the medicine syringe? Just new to all this and i never run out of questions, i dont want to do anything wrong that can harm her.

My wife spoon feeds ours with the little plastic baby spoons.

Ive always used bene-bac. I gave it thru a feeding syringe. You want to give it several hours after the meds.
