Is green spot on chin OK?

I left Norbert (my 10 month old beardie) at home when i went on vacation last week and I asked some neighbors to feed him. They did everything I usually do, but for some reason when I came home I noticed a green spot on his chin (image attached) This doesn't seem to be something that can come off, because it is hard and attached to him. Is he sick? Is this normal? Is it uncomfortable for him? Is there any way to fix it?

Please help me so I know whether or not Norbert will be ok and if he is sick how can I help him?
