Welcome, and sorry you are here for such reasons.
It could be necrotic. Keep an eye on that. Should you see the black going up the foot, this means that more tissue is dying.. Perhaps you should see about taking in your little fellow to a vet.

It is hard to say without seeing it. Can you post a pic?

Also, since you are a new member, can you go over your setup for us?

What UV bulb are you using?
What substrate (flooring) are you using?
What are your temps on the hot side and cool side?
What are you using to measure your temps?
What do you feed your dragons?
