My family hunts deer for food, hun... every fall we go to the same area, and hope to bring home meat. Last two years we failed to get anything... but the year before that, my youngest ( who is also autistic) shot his first deer... I was and am so proud of him !

wow thats so kool me and my dad and mom go hunting every year....last year me and my dad were packing up and leaving and we put the gun in the truck and drove back to get the chairs and as soon as we got there...there was an 11 pointer waiting...it ran and after it ran we ran and got the guns came back and there was a whole stampede very deep in the feild....it was kool but no meat

Shame you missed out on all that great meat... but wasn't it breathtaking to see him in all his grandeur ? Cameras work well too... just not for feeding, but for memories.. yeah....

haha i've considered it before....only to go to the "vet explorers" a women walking down the road had a rescue dog and said that theres a vet explorers program where you can watch them do surgery on a dog cat or whatever they said they DONT hide ANYTHING she said if theres a dog with its hip torn they dont cover it cause you've got to know if thats what you wanna be oooorrrrr if thats NOT what you wanna be lol
yeah i'de say there were about 50 deer running down the entire field...it was amazing....lol i wish i had a camera .... oh well lesson learned
