It's me again, lol
I have a ,molting hermit crab!! SO GROSS i thought he was dying (my boys called me and told me while I was at work (of course they didn't do anything, so I get home, had to read what i was suppose to do! So anywho, before I read, I threw out his exo-skelton, and to find out he was suppose to eat it!! (gross) so I put a plastic thing around him to seperate him from the other 2!! (he is still seperated) the same day my hubby was cleaning out the turtle cage and busted the tank, so then we went out to get a new cage, filter and hermit crab shells (jeez) $135.00 later....
The hermit crab went back into his old shell! wth.... ANYONE KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT HERMIT CRABS???

The tortoise website on here;...is it for red eared sliders as well? because i have alot of questions for him too....
I'm cracking up!! I thought all of these pets were easy apparently not, and I feel so bad for them all, I feel like my head is spinning with all the info im trying to retain!!
Just had to vent! I don't know how you all do it with so many differnt species in your homes!!
Thanks for listening and info/pointing in the right direction and so forth would be greatly appreciatied!
Thanks
Angela

I had hermits in with my torts but the torts would pull them out of there shells and my smallest tort would run around with the shell in her mouth like it was a toy.
