hey im new and i need some help i have a few questions like how do u know if there male or female is there any way you can let them get bigger

Males have 2 bumps below te tail near the vent, Females have one centre bump near the vent on the tailbase.
They grow till about 18mnths of age and can get between 19 and 23 inches at full grown depending on their bloodlines
