Anyone know what this is back left leg swollen vet comment tell us wanted to do a $400 Cray he's on antibiotics and pain meds any info would help thanks

Absolutely do an x-ray. If the price is too high, call around and see if other reptile vets have lower cost x-rays, but that baby definitely needs one sooner rather than later.

I agree do an X-ray. $ 400 does seem high, I paid $100 when I had one done on my girl. I would do it sooner rather than later. The foot could be broken or some other illness might be going on.
