My friend just got a bearded dragon a couple weeks ago, he’s only a few months old and pretty small. He’s been doing really well but he noticed he stopped eating the past two days and also thought he saw some blood in his stool but can’t tell if it’s actually blood. He doesn’t know if he’s possibly dehydrated or could potentially have a parasite. Any insight would be extremely appreciated! I’ve attached a picture of the stool

What has he been fed? Its not blood and what are they giving for supplements? If he has stopped eating that is not a good sign --- hes not impacted or he wouldnt of pooped --- the UVB and the basking temps in the tank are the two MOST important things in that tank --- if a coil UVB is being used it needs to be replaced w/ a long tube fixture like a Zoo Med or Sunblaster Nano or a Arcadia Pro T 5 w/ a either a Reptsiun 10.0 T 5 bulb or a Arcadia 12% bulb --- and this needs to be done ASAP--- basking temps need to be taken w/a digital probe thermometer -- NO stick ons they are for ambient temps only -- NO SAND FOR SUBSTRATE PLEASE NO COLORED BULBS NO HEAT MATS OR ROCKS -- the quit eating is NOT good ---

I agree with everything that was said above 95-110 for a 9 month or younger one any older its ok for the 89-96 range maybe more too like 97 if hes still under a year old but temp also fades with time as the bulbs get old i change them when they get too 89.6 or 89 exactly bc thats too low

He’s doing everything right as far as husbandry,

He’s doing everything right as far as husbandry. He did a ton of research on proper husbandry before buying the bearded dragon. He’s just concerned with the not eating and the potential bloody stool. He ate a single wax worm and 4 dubia roaches yesterday. He dusts the insects with calcium with no D3.
