Welcome! He's beautiful and good for you for taking in an older dragon and taking the time to tame him. We were at a pet store last week and they had a huge dragon for sale he had to be at least 1.5 years old. It was sad to see him in this small tank and everyone over looking him. If I had the space I would have taken him in, he was such a sweetheart!

It's frustrating when people don't take the time to get to understand why we love these creatures so much. They see or hear one bad thing and they are completely afraid.

Thank you :) yeah it is frustrating. Loki has bitten me before, I've been lunged at, hissed at, scratched, but it hasn't put me off. In fact, he's sat on my shoulder as I type this. The way I see it is that it's everyone else's loss. Everyone who walked past him in the store and ignored him for the cuter babies or got him out and realised he was too much, it's their loss. He's my baby and is a fluffy kitten really. :p

Mine bit me last week. I was trying to feed her a piece of mango and didn't pull my hand away fast enough! NOT a good feeling!
