Does anybody know anything about these cool species of bearded dragon? Do you keep them as a pet? How similar are their husbandry conditions compared to your normal bearded dragon? I'm open to any information anybody has on keeping and where to get these guys. Thanks!

Frilled lizards are solitary animals and they're an intermediate care level (I think?) Frillies aren't directly related to beardies, but they're in the same family (agamidae). They're arboreal and you need a 36"Lx24"Wx48"T enclosure minimum. They're insectivorous and need UVB. They are not very common reptiles, so you'll have to search for a specialist breeder. Frillies are pretty different from bearded dragons since they're a temperate woodland species. Other than that, I don't know much about them
EDIT: They don't have the bearded dragon temperament and handling can stress them out. Their frill displays are really cool, though.

I read somewhere that they have fangs too. I just wanted to know how closely related they are to regular bearded dragons as they both have nearly the same name.

They do have beautiful frills though and i've heard if you work with them they can be great handling pets.

Also, what gallon enclosure would that be?

I read up, they are not completely related to the Bearded Dragon, but are in the family. They are no where near as generous and hardy as your average Bearded Dragon. They also have two fangs that can leave a pretty serious gap in your hand if you get bit by an adult. In the long run, you can handle them and get them to trust you through hand feeding and all that jazz, but they are prone to stress and like a chameleon, might not want anything to do with you.
