Found some great deals for arcadia UVB bulb and fixture, are these too good to be true?

I haven't seen too many other places that have UVB setups this cheap, especially with a brand like Arcadia. Do you think I should go with this for the bearded dragon I am getting soon?

They look good to me I thought arcadias were like 50$ definitely got a good deal, double, triple check and make shure the bulb length is correct for that fixture. (Ive boughten several lights that weren’t the right length)
