Have a Arcadia Pro T5 36 inch fixture and a 12% D3 UVB bulb both only use for about a week so like brand new is anybody interested

I replaced it a long time ago I bought it when I had my pvc 4 x 2 x 2 built but ended up going 24 inch fixture
