The best food you can offer your dragon is a variety of different foods. Offer salad daily, comprised of a mixture of veggies and greens. Some good veggies are bell peppers, squash, sweet potato, butternut squash to name a few. For greens, collard greens, mustard greens, carrot greens, broccoli leaves, parsley are a few.

For proteins (your bugs), crickets, dubia roaches, silkworms, phoenix worms are a few.

For beardies under a year, the rule of thumb is to ensure all food is no larger than the space between their eyes.
