Good luck! I'm going through a similar thing with my little Luci now. I can't seem to get him to eat the apple sauce with the olive oil in it BUT he will poop in a warm tub. He's very lethargic in his tank but as soon as you take him out he perks right up. He looks like his feet are turning lighter so he may be getting ready to shed.

I have a spark of hope. Athena pooped a speck size piece of yellow poop?? She was in a warm bath and I saw it come out so I'm pretty sure that's what it is. She also showed some interest in a cricket today she didn't eat any but she did perk up a little when I offered them. I'm still praying she pulls through I put her in her new enclosure today. I know this may stress her out but the UVB light source is much better and the heat will be more regulated. I hope this helps her along also

Better UVB and heat will be good. If her new tank is all glass you can cover three sides paper so she doesn't get stressed about whats going on outside her tank. When they poop they will poop a urate and then the poop. The urate should be white but could sometimes have a yellowish tone to it.

No change in her behavior today. Her throat looks less swollen and the swelling looks lower, again could be my imagination. Her new enclosure is solid on 3 sides and glass doors on the front. The UVB goes all the way across now and no screen between the UVB and the dragon. Maybe this will help.

I been reading about dragons ailments. Has anyone has a frog on get a tumor. Could this be what I'm dealing with? Maybe she isn't pooping because she hasn't eaten in a week. Perhaps she can't eat because that swelling in her throat is a tumor the only thing is it was not there one day and was huge the next. I just don't know what to do any more. A vet would be an hour and a half drive and 125.00 just to be looked at. I cannot afford that.

Just crickets. She ate a big one and happened to grab a piece of kale at the same time. She chewed them both right up. The next day her throat was all swollen I figured it was that and would work it's way down but it hasn't

I wudnt worry too much theu do like to store food from time to time. Have u tried swapping feeder crix can bite so maybe.if.u gave her 1 a little to big n its give her a gud nip she mite b a bit afraid of them now. Id advise u to maybe try a worm of sum sort. Super meal. Or even hoppers some thing different. Have u kept givin her water on her nose a couple of times a day to male sure she well hydrated with her not eatin. R her temps still up ok? N have u tried to give her any more olive oil. How long have u had her?

black Soldier fly larva (a brand name would be phoenix worms) are known to get bearded dragons, and many other things that are on a hunger strike, to eat. I know mine never turn up an opportunity to eat them.

I don't think this is a hunger strike. She is barley breathing and has little to no strength she falls right off her branch sometimes. I've inly has her for about 6 weeks. I have made sure she is well hydrated with baths and mists. Been forcing the apple sauce olive oil with a syringe. I don't think she is gonna make it much longer. I read somewhere to crank up the heat so I have tried that. Bought a ceramic heater so the temp stays up even at night. She has a huge enclosure so the other side will cool down at night.

She looks like she is she is struggling to breath but I don think she is cause her belly and chest go up and down fine. I'm trying up load a picture of the mass for lack of a better word. It seems to be moving down. She actually showed a lot of interest in the water on her today when I misted her.

Haven't tried she ate some applesauce and drank quite a bit of water today off my finger and during a soak. This site won't let me load a picture so u can see what the bulge looks like. She is all skin and bones and then this big bulge on right side of her throat.

I have been feeding her baby food and letting her soak in pedialite also keeping her temps up around 105 day and night. This morning she ate a small amount of baby food and when I put back on her perch she turned her head and eyed a cricket. I'll be damned she ran down and ate it. Two days ago we had given up hope she was laying limp not breathing. I swear she was dead my husband was holing her she wast moving or breathing her eyes were open and blank. We were deciding what to do with her body and she hopped up and scurried up his arm. She had been improving every since.
