Finished treatment for worms and it possibly didn't work

I took Heihei to a herp vet on May 1 because i was concerned about consistently mushy, watery poo. The vet did a fecal and said she was loaded with worms. Given her age and how long we have had her, she said that she likely came that way. So she gave me instructions and Panacur and syringes. I was to give Heihei .025 ml once a week for four weeks. Heihei was about 70 grams at her appointment (is now 90 grams). Over the last week, she had three poops. Two were formed (soft, but formed) and then one (last night) was back to being watery and mushy. I have in the past week been syringe feeding her a slurry to get calcium in her (another post), so I thought that might be why. When I cleaned up her poo and I looked at it, I'm pretty sure I saw a small whitish/translucent worm wiggling in it. Should I take her back to the vet or continue her weekly Panacur? When I looked up the dosage chart, it said at 70 grams, she should be getting .08 ml every 2 weeks. What would you do?

Edited to add: We feed her Dubia (she is losing interest in them though), and BSFL as staples and then occasional superworms.

I would call the vet. and express your concerns regarding the dose - there may be a reason why the vet recommended that dose. you might want to ask the technician tho. easier to talk to. poor baby

I would take her back for a recheck and also discuss the dose. Sometimes with parasites it takes more than one round of treatment to get rid of them. If she's gained weight since the first dose, she will need to have the dose amount adjusted.

What kind of worms? During treatment you really need to keep her tank clean too. If she has coccidia, you need to have a very strict cleaning schedule to get rid of it.
