feeding for a newbie

Hey all-
I'm sure you just direct me somewhere, there must a good list posted somewhere? I'm about ready to get my first BD...probably not a baby, though, think I'll start with a juvenile. what do I feed it? Are crickets a must? what sort of veggies, whatever they will eat?

Here's a good place to start Beautiful Dragons Nutrition List, and crickets are one of the best sources of animal protein, but there are many different feeders you can use this day and age. A lot of people swear by roaches. They need more protein then veggies at that age, but should be offered veggies daily.

Yes live prey are a must for protein, cricket or roaches are the most common staple prey item with occasional various types of worms.
