Emergency sick beardie!?

There’s a really sick bearded dragon at our local petco. He doesn’t look like he’s going to make it but I was thinking about buying him and trying to help him/her even though it may be a long long shot. I’m posting a picture of him now. Can you tell me if you think it may even be possible and what I should do for him?

He looks pretty bad and no telling why hes sick --- if he has adinovirus he may or may not make it ---- i feel so bad seeing these things like this --- you can offer to take him home but your gonna haft to syringe feed him and if he is left there he will die ---- you need good lighting and a tank like a 20 gallon to get him into it to see if you can bring him back but after they get so far gone their organs usually shut down -- let me know what you decide and I will help you as much as I can --- hes gonna need a heat emitter to keep his temps around 80 at nite that is why I suggested a 20 gallon tank -- along w/ a good UVB like a T 8 and good basking temps -- I had rescued / rehomed a dragon in Sept but by the time I got her it was pretty much past the point of no return --- she died 2 weeks later and I did everything I could to try and save her --- but she was just to far gone -- the girl I got her from starved her to death -- SAD --

I went back to get him but they had removed him from the tank and I couldn’t find the manager. Someone gave her a good chewing out though for the lack of care that the dragons are getting there. That’s not the first dragon I’ve seen not looking well there.
