eating and "lights out"

I have a question, what if your beardie just ate (a cricket or a few) and it's time for "lights out?" Do you just shut them off or keep them on a little while longer to help with digestion?

You should remove your Crix from the enclosure prior to lights out, they'll come out during the night crawl around & nibble on your BD. Bother it's sleep.

they are removed, but he ate right before I did so, so I wasnt sure what to do about "lights out"

Might be a good plan to remove them an hour or two prior to lights out in order to keep it's Day/Night schedule consistent.
