Double Aggression Issues With Beardies

Hi Guys
Looking a little help or advice here. We have inherited two beardies, both male. When we got them they happily lived in the same viv together but as time has progresses they were getting more aggresive towards each other. We tried loads of feed etc, plenty to occupy them, but eventually we and to split them up as one was getting very aggressive. Splitting them up has worked fantastic, both very happy, but here is the double dip problem we are now having.

Whilst they are out with us loose or even if they just hear each other, they both become very aggresive whilst in their own viv. The one that used to be the weaker of the two has now become seriously aggressive. Due to a minor incident in one of the viv's last night, we needed to put them in the same viv, whilst we sorted the issue, but we couldn't because they would have killed each other.

In basic, is it normal for them to become more aggressive to each other after having split them up. IS there any way in which might be able to help reduce the tension between them both as it is obviously causing them to get stressed.

Many Thanks
Allan

They never should have been together in the first place, let alone 2 males.

I mean the obvious route is to separate them, A rubbermaid tote with the proper lighting is better than having then together.

We realize they should not have been together hence having separated them.

Our concern now is simply how can we avoid the stress that is being caused when they see or hear each other, other then covering them up at certain times or something we can't see a way around it. Just wanted to know if anybody else had come across this and how they over come it.
