Curly Greens

The only vegetable or fruit that my bearded dragon will eat is curly mustard greens. He is over a year old and is very healthy. I also feed a variety of crickets dubious super worms and occasionally hornworms. He absolutely will not eat any of the fruits I have tried. My question is long-term will that hurt his health or is there a way I can try to introduce some fruits to him that he might at least try them.
