Clamping light

Would it be better if i attached the lighting to the roof of my beardies cage or rest it on a screen ???

Carly, it is always better to clamp! But I do have 2 vivs where it rests on the metal screen! The other 4 are clamped! It all depends how you can get the temp setup and UVB setup to work best for you! Good luck and hope this helps!

I would clamp. Prior to getting our hood, we clamped. I've rested the domes on a screen before and have had it melt the screen.

Thank you for all your comments i think i am going to clamp the lights from now on because i do notice the screen turing down, Again Thanks ;D
