welllll that is kinda hard to say, honestly... See in my house, a 40 w is enough most of the time for a 40breeder. ( gecks) Now in the winter, for that same 40b I use a much higher wattage, since I don't have central heat, and use a small portable unit for the room most the reptiles are in.
if you can let me know what temps are normal and what time of year they are normal in, I think I can safely suggest the correct wattage.

in the summer temps are fine. The winter the upstairs (where the dragons are) can get into the 50s.

Most likely the 40-60 w will do you just fine... You can also use plastic wrap to seal part of the screen with, still allows air flow, but retains more of the heat :)
