Can you help identify my dragon's gender?

I have had my beardie for 3 years and cant figure out the gender. Can you help me?
It says you can tell by areas on the tail, but i cannot.

What about the "little bumps" (like dots) that run across the rear section? I had seen like 3 of them at one point on Gobi.
