Can someonetell me what this is and should I worry?

I was getting ready to put Mordy to bed and saw this soaked him looked up on line what it could be was told by someone it could be either sperm plug hemipene prolapse or dried poop I am worried there is no 24/7 vet what do can I do till tomorrow.

Yep sperm plug, how is he doing today? Just keep up with his baths and normal routine and he should clear it himself in the next poops

He passed the plug yeaterday 2 hrs after a bath....
