cage size! What is best for age?

Hi, I am wondering what is the best size for a 4-8 week old "about 6inches long with tail" Dragon? I have him in a 5feet long, 2feet wide and 23inch deep cage. "Built for a dragon" I was told that that might be to big for a Beardie his size What do you think? If so I also have a terrarium that is 36inches long, 18inches wide and 16inches deep would that be better?

Hi, for that age a 20 gallon would be perfect.

that large cage maybe a little big for you beardie atm. i suggest partitioning off a section to make the cage more suitable. Our CJ did well in a 24x24x48 at 6". i would block off about a foot or so off that 5' if needed. as long as your beardie is doing well i wouldn't worry about it.
