Believe me I am no expert as I just started breeding them about 6 months ago. I think you will see babies. After they mate, I have seen stick like thing sticking out of the back end of the female. Then the next day I saw really tiny roaches.

Yeap signs of nymphs scurrying about and egg cases are going to be your easiest to see sign of mating.
