Black teeth build-up - What do I do?

I’ve noticed some black build-up on my 4 year old dragon’s teeth for a while, and I’m worried it might be a sign of rot. He doesn’t avoiding eating, and his gums seem okay. I’ve also spotted a small sore/bump on his lip, but it seems to have calmed down.
I try to gently wash his mouth, but he’s not keen on me touching it much.
I took him to a vet at the start of 2022 and they didn’t seem worried, but it seems to have gotten worse since then.

Is this something that can be solved with brushing, or does it require more intervention? How urgent does it look?
I want to consult a vet, but I’m struggling to find any exotic vets near me, let alone any I can afford to visit for a consultation! :(

I’ve attached images, the blackness is a little worse on the insides of the teeth but I couldn’t get great photos of it unfortunately. You can see the bump/sore on his bottom lip as well, near the front (in the first image)

I’d really appreciate any response! I’m a first time owner and just want to make sure he’s happy and in good shape! Thanks :)

Get some Maxi guard gel and brush his teeth w/ that and that should do it -- as for the sore it looks like its from glass surfing? Does he do that - you can dab some raw unfiltered honey on it just dont have any crickets in the tank if he eats it or licks it thats fine

Thank you so much! I’ll give the gel a go.
He used to glass surf a bit yes, so I think that could explain it.
Thanks again
