Black spot around her mouth

Olivia recently shed, but she has this black spot by her mouth, and it looks like another one is starting. It looks like a blackhead would look on a human. Any ideas out there about this???

Please post a picture of this.. likely it is just normal scale coloring as they can turn their mouth and beard area black. So in order to tell you what this black area is we need a pic
