I git my bested dragon spade 2 days ago and I am not to sure if the ring was there when I got spade, but I noticed spade will close that one eye (gender still unknown but I'm calling spade a him for now) and he gets very slow, I don't have a diet for him yet I'm setting him up with kale and crickets every other day with a total of 10 crickets a week, I've searched it up and people have been saying mites but it doesn't look like mites as well as his feet are pink, and I'm just worried idk if it's normal or not. Sorry if it's ALl over the place I'm just kinda writing my worries or questions that might be had, he is young aswell.

This is what he currently has, I ordered a rock stand, a heat light with both night and day lights, and some stuff to hang so he can crawl. At night he gets very active and runs around his cage. Right now there's only a heat light which is what I was thinking the problem was because since his cage is taller it's that he's cold and getting too much light.

Thank you so much, do you know anything else I should buy to help him?

Also I know I am very new to this and that I don't know what I'm doing I'm very inexperienced and I just want him to be as healthy and happy as possible so any tips would help :/

I had some one look at his eye this is what they are asking
Not sure , was the eyelid bitten at one point ? It looks like there's a small nick in the top lid.

If your using colored bulbs that you posted then yes please do NOT use them this is the behavior your getting at nite its keeping him up I am going to post a UVB basking bulb and digital thermometer links for you

OK, thank you, also I just got him 2 days ago so I have no idea I don't think it was because they had him in a tank by himself. I have him on my bed right now he's in some blankets that don't have anything to snag onto but he's passed out asleep.
