How often should you dust with the multivitamin? Dust every cricket feeding? Dust just the greens/salad?

I really don't know. I've read different things and the pet store said every other day with vitamins and every other day with calcium. It didn't seem right. I only dust the crickets because Xena doesn't eat much salad. Right now I am giving her 5 days calcium and 2 days vitamins. When I give her the vitamins it changes her poo-so I don't want to over do it.

Here's what I found from TheBeardeddragon.org:

  • Baby Dragons- Need a daily dose of Vitamin D3 and Calcium to stay healthy (since they are still developing and need the bone support).
  • Juvenile Dragons- Need a Vitamin D3 and Calcium supplement with a meal 3-4 times per week.
  • Adult Dragons- Need a Vitamin D3 and Calcium supplement with a meal once per week.
