I haven't experienced it yet but some say it can be a few days, a few weeks even a few months.

Some don't brumate af all. My male went down in early October this year just woke up about 10 days ago. His eyes opened when I took him out to hydrate him but he went right back to sleep. He kind of phased into it and he's phasing out of it. His
awake hours are longer but he's still not Eating normally. I've only had my female for a year haven't quite figured her out yet. Not sure if it's brumation or just seriously lazy!
